CORONA VS HEALTH, How to create a wellness Plan to stay fit

Okay so I was talking to my good friend Gerald the Great ,and he came up with this concept called “Wellness Plan “ now I was riveted ,because I couldn't understand what he was talking about but then he explained it to me . A wellness plan is something that you develop and follow to survive this mess we are ALL in ,a wellness plan illustrates how to look after your mental health well being ,how to increase your productivity and most importantly staying CALM .

Okay according to Gerald the Great this is how you do it .Its very easy and simple . You can do this too .

Step 1 — is looking after your physical health and managing your immediate environment

Stay active — exercise, jog, chores, cleaning.

Step 2 — Having good eating behaviors .

Stay healthy — hydrate, watch what you eat and try avoid processed food unless you need ice cream because sometimes the day is just shit. Also reduce alcohol intake and REDUCE smoking ,including weed (SO SAD) I’ve been sober for a while ,haven't had an iota of weed because COVID 19 attacks your lungs ,so incase I do get the Corona ,Im going to be needing a strong set of lungs ,and the sad news is weed or any sort of smoking is bad for your lungs .PERIOD . and of course ,eat more veggies and fruits .

Step 3 - Have fun

Watch a movie ,engage in hobbies, connect with friends and loved ones ,If you are an entrepreneur like myself ,this is the time for you to improve your business .

Step 4 - Build new routines Be productive

have to list of all the things you need to do , break them down to bite size ,

Step 5 — Learn something

down time is good time to pick up a new skill, polish old ones ? Reflect- what’s working and what’s missing, express gratitude, remind yourself of the awesome things .Turn off the news and limit to no more than an hour a day Stay informed but not alarmed

So this is my wellness plan

Morning Time

Wake up at 6am go for a morning job come home hit the weights ,

Eat something ,

Go to work

Afternoon

call my parents

Listening to podcasts while working ( I do deliveries ) speaking of podcasts my Sinhala Podcast ,The Hustle Life is https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/hustle-life/id1504752126 available on Itunes Now so if you are bored and have a knack for entrepreneurship ,listen to it

Evening

come home ,eat ,watch something on netflix and write content

Talk to friends on Facebook

and going to sleep
