Hey friends I know these are dark times and some of us are out of jobs and some of us who have jobs dont have that much to do ,so I figured take my time as a Commercial Photographer and a content creator to help you in anyway I could so that we all can get through this tough time together ,as one .

I believe these are few things that you can do to keep your business going even though you are out of business and I believe that this will soon be over so ,if you take this time to be productive ,youll be able to take off like a stalion

Service Based Business ,What can you do

1 ) Update your material , now this is the perfect time to do this ,customer relationship management (CRM) system ,your portfolio, pricing guides etc .Trust me once this corona situation is over youll be able to pick where you left off

2) Create a work flow ,now its gonna be mayhem after this is over ,so you will feel overwhelmed when it does ,if you create a standard operating procedure ,it will help you lift off .

3) UPDATE YOUR customers ,partners or investors as to what is happening with your business ,show them a glimpse of behind the scene ,show them that you are not down and that you are trying to solve every problem ,humans are always looking for a place to connect ,connect with you customers by sharing honest updates about your business

4) Ask for support ,this is a hard time for everyone so make sure to reach out to people and ask for support .

5) Publish content that will be helpful ,what questions ,what are they searching for ,create content that is useful to them .Batch make content so that when its busy again you have enough content to post continuously

If you area product based business ,what can you do

1 ) IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARENT AVAILABLE ONLINE ,let this be your number one priority Create an online pop up shop or curated look at your best sellers available, online you can use shopyfy ,square space even facebook etc (get your products visible ) GET YOUR PRODUCTS VISIBLE

2) Create a way for people to purchased GIFTCARDS to be used in the future , make sure gift cards are available online and simple for people to purchase and share about this on your social media so that people know that they can support you in this way .

3) Take time to run your data and numbers .

4) Reach out to your customer data

5) Start or grow your email list , if you dont have a list of your customers you can quickly communicate with this is the time to do that .
